The kit for nephrostomy catheter exchange is intended for nephrostomy catheter exchange and short-term urinary diversion and drainage when natural urine outflow from the kidney is not possible.

Kit consists of:

  • catheter with a clamp;
  • dilator (radiopaque and with atraumatic tip);
  • dilator with peel away sheath (radiopaque and with atraumatic tip);
  • guidewire;
  • fixing collar;
  • band clip.

Polyurethane, radiopaque catheter is available in two configurations: with a pigtail curve with numerous holes inside the loop or a straight tip with holes located spirally along the axis. The distal tip of the catheter is atraumatic. The catheter has depth marks.

Intended purpose:
