Used for rinsing during organ transplants. The triple channel aortic catheter has two balloons of 20 ml or 35 ml volume each. The catheter between the balloons is perforated. The proximal and distal catheter tips are marked.

EMBOLECTOMY CATHETERS, single lumen

The embolectomy catheters are used for the safe and convenient removal of thromboembolic material from arteries and veins. The catheters for embolectomy are made of biologically indifferent material. Their elasticity is matched to their size. The balloon is made of latex. It withstands the pressure indispensable for achieving of satisfactory effect. A silk thread is an additional fastening of the balloon. Each size has the colour corresponding to the international colour code. Marks are made at intervals of 10 cm. Stainless steel mandrin facilitates catheter introduction into the vessel. The soft spherical tip reduces to a minimum the probability of vessel wall perforation. The other end of the catheter has a Luer-Lock attachment. The catheter diameter and balloon volume are given on each catheter. Sterilization is with gamma radiation. Single lumen catheters can be used for removal of concrements from bile ducts.
